The preliminary conference schedule will be available on August 13. September 1 will be the deadline for presenters to register. The final schedule will be available on September 17, though we may have to continue to make changes to it if some presenters withdraw. We advise you to book your travel and accommodation on the assumption that you may be presenting on either October 19, 20, or 21; we’ll do all we can to accommodate any restrictions you may have but we can’t promise we’ll be able to do this.
